http://www.sb.gov.hk/chi/emergency/dbcp/section5.htm

http://www.sb.gov.hk/chi/emergency/dbcp/section3.htm

US has urged American citizens living within 80km (50 miles) of the Fukushima complex to leave; Japan's own exclusion zone is only 20km.

US officials have defended their proposed 50-mile evacuation zone for US troops and citizens in Japan, much larger than that imposed by Japanese authorities. "I want to stress this is a prudent and precautionary measure to take," Gregory Jaczko, chairman of the nuclear regulatory commission said, according to AP.

Most notably, charges relating to Latin America have returned to haunt Henry Kissinger. The CIA's involvement in the coup which toppled the elected Chilean leader Salvador Allende and brought General Pinochet to power, has been long well-documented.

"I don't see why we need to stand by and watch a country go Communist due to the irresponsibility of its people," Kissinger once famously uttered.
